Cyberhawk removal

    Just bought a second hand laptop which has cyberhawk on it, which disagrees with my firewall and causes crashes. I tried to uninstall it but it has no uninstall. tried in add/remove programs but it wouldn't let me uninstall, i can't delete the folder and i can't seem to find any other way to do it. Does anyone have any ideas?
