   hi my administrator uses cyberoam for internet and he has restricted downloading speed to 5-10 kbps only but some of the ppl bypasses this limit and reach upto 800kbps,i am attaching the picture for the proof and may be that picture can give some clue abt which software he is using for this?please help if someone know it.
