Cyborg Evo Wireless

Anyone have this piece of hardware? im having troubles with it; I installed the x64 drivers and i went to configure it and EVERY time I move it around or press buttons it skips a beat. So if I do the config to move the joystick 360deg or hit the buttons sometimes they work, sometimes the signal is recieved and delayed, but most of the times it flat out doesn't respond.. Now im a wireless freak; I have wireless net, and wireless mouse too. Any solutions/ideas?
