daemon tools/alcohol 120% problem

I keep receiving the following error when i attemp to install daemon tools and alcohol 120%.

i really have no idea whats causing it. its the same thing for alcohol 120%. i had an older version od daemon tools on on my computer, hadn't used it in awhile, and tried running it last week when it gave me the same sort of error i think. so i uninstalled it, got the newest version, tried installing that and got this error. same with alcohol 120%. i know at the beginning of the install, youre supposed to input some info:

but who knows if thats the right information or not. anyone seen this sort of thing before? i have a bad feeling i may have deleted or done something wrong without meaning to.

if it matters, i have a 2.5 year old dell dimension 4600. P4 2.8, 1gb of ram, 128mb radeon 9800 pro, uh an 80gb and a 190gb harddrive, regular 42x cdrom and a dvd-rw burner.

help please?

 

Have you taken the error code and checked the software website for what the error code stands for? If not start there.

Just wondering, do you have anything monitoring changes to the registry on a constant basis such as SpyBot, McAfee, etc that requires your approval for changes to the registry?
