Damaged disks

After every time a scan AVG says I have " Damage Disks", none were specified", I also get a Error message, after running REGCURE: "Improve your PC's performance by fixing ActiveX,Registry issues". Items get stuck on my cursor when playing games that I am suppose to place but I can't get them off of my pointer and have to leave the game. and my Screen FREEZES a lot and I have to wait or reboot to start again and some times I have to turn the laptop computer off manually.

I Have WINDOWS 7 SERVICE PACK 1 (SP1) and AVG Free Edition ;

I also have REGCURE PRO.
