DAMNIT My Power Supply wont run this gfx will it?

I just ordered a

Palit NE5S4500F0601 GeForce GTS 450 (Fermi) 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Ready Video Card

says the power supply has to atleast be Minimum 400W or greater system power supply (with a minimum 12V current rating of 22A)

I have a dell dimension C521 with a power supply wattage of

Im assuming if I try to put this graphics card in the system it will blow out the power supply. And if I need to buy another power supply thats fine but where can I get a low profile power supply?

bug I added more ram and what not and got that gfx card coming on the way as well. But since im here I want to upgrade the processor as well. Anyone have any suggestions on what kind of processor I should get. I dont wanna get anything to expensive but just something that will let me play the most recent games comfortably.

 

It will just most likely not boot. You might have to bite the bullet here and plan for a new machine. You don't have many options IMO if you want that video card.

 

hmm well that sucks. you have any suggestions on a card lol? Someone suggested a few a few weeks back but they were all out of stock and I dont think are being restocked any time soon.
