I hear McDonalds has started using donkey meat. That could be dangerous!!!

 

Gotta be better than what they're serving now.

And in all seriousness, there's nothing really wrong with donkey meat over say, cow. It's all perception.

 

Instead of Mad Cow disease, will we now see cases of Bad A** disease?:confusedrolleyes

 

So - does this mean McDonalds is Democratic, now? Hmm...

I saw this rumor last summer... and the summer before as well. Time to send it in to Snopes, methinks.

 

I wish the EPA would make it a rule that things like the 'burgers' they serve at MCD's cannot legally be called a Burger. Kinda like Champagne has to be made in the Champagne region of France, or it is a sparkling wine.

But a block over and a few houses down, someone has a donkey, or mule. Dang thing is loud as heck! Ronald, got something for you... :-D

 

Why the switch now? They almost got that genuine imitation meat down to a science. :-D

 

No reference it anywhere on the 'net, including Snopes, etc. Looks like just one of those minor rumours. Not that Donkey meat would be any worse that what already goes into Macs, (the edible kind!LOL), anyway.
Yep, on the thread title -Reminded be of that robot, too. I still have a model of it sitting in my bedroom, saved for over forty four years.

That's a very nice bunch of posts, but I was hoping someone would ask me why it was dangerous... (other than the most-acceptable "kick" offerings).

BTW, good pick-up on Lost In Space LauraR. That was my inspiration for the Subject title. I say it often, with arms flailing.

Not heard that before, but if true, oh well. I've eaten horse, buffalo, deer drool), not to mention squirrel, rabbit, grouse, pheasent, etc., . . . and even, I think, a pigeon . . . not sure - that whole day is kinda fuzzy now. All them critters are pretty tasty :-D

I don't mind Mcdonalds food . . . not bad as fast food goes. Just don't overdo it because it's not really good for you (most fast food isn't). Heck, if the food nazi's get their way all we will be able to eat will be sticks and leaves . . . rolleyes so enjoy it while you can!
