DAP plus and Vista problem

    My brother in law is using Download accelerator plus on his vista laptop and keeps getting a message to run DAP.exe under administator or something like that. Anyone know what that means or how to fix it? I can't give anymore info yet since he's about an hour away and I don't feel like driving and he's not real good about describing anything.
