Dare ya to solve a mystery!

Here it is:

I can't login in and play.

I loaded Family Feud Online Party @iWin.com and get to the login page no problem. When I submit my correct screen name and correct password from iWin.com IT TELLS ME THE NAME OR PASSWORD IS INCORRECT.

I play at iWin everyday with everything the same-never a hiccup to play.

In Feud, when I click to "get Name" or "get password" I get a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library window the says: Runtime error! Program:...am
Files\iWin.com\FamilyFeudOnlineParty\FamilyFeudOP.exe Abnormal program termination.

I have installed and uninstalled so there is no trace of the download on my computer. None of this enables me to login in and play. Also, I turned off IE pop up blocker and Norton's pop up blocker and then Disabled Norton and I made sure WindowsXP sp2 is updated completely. Cleaned cache and cookies in IE, ran spybot and crap cleaner and Norton scan. None of which helped. I also have Symantic Live Update.
Been at this for days..can't say I am up there with our very smart geeks here...more like I am a freak trying to figure this out to no avail.

ODDLY, I tried my friends name and password and I got in just fine doing everything the same. NOW THAT'S WEIRD RIGHT THERE, I don't care who ya are <said in best Larry the Cable Guy Drawl>

Ok, will wait to see who solves it first...

 

Hello, please help. 2nd Attempt to dl game... Here's the first message I got when I tried to download new and run Family Feud in other acct on WindowsXP sp2 I attached a screen shot of the first message that appeared when I hit RUN after downloading it. Will add other 2 windows in 2 more posts because I can't figure out how to save them smaller sizes to fit all in one post. Thank you, Mar

Here's another message I got during this process. Thanks to anyone who can help me to actually play Fam Feud! I'm hopeful!

 

IWin.com is a company basically only promoting adware. I would suggest removing it and keep away from those sites.

I haven't heard of iWin causing any problems with spyware or anything so I wouldn't worry about that. I have no idea what might be your problem with the Feud. Is there any support at iWin or with the game?

 

Hi Jamiko, I have been playing at iWin (used to be Playsite...have ya heard of it?) for a long time and didn't have any known problems...

Can ya believe I could get into Fam Feud on my friends name and password, tho? But not my own...and I am there everyday at iWin and my name and pssword has never been a problem!

I sent an e-mail to support and you get a you'll hear from us when you hear from us notice pfffffffffft

I was hoping one of you guys could help me with this. I googled: abnormal program termination and visual C++ library and just went round in circles.
