   I downloaded the file, but its a zip file with lots of stuff in it, which bit do I put onto a floppy or disk? so I can clean the hdd:confused

   The part that you want is the iso file. Burn this to a CD using the " image or saved project" function of whatever burning software that you are using, as burning it as a data CD won't work. This will be a bootable CD when finished. Hope this helps.
