Darn gmail!

This is mostly to the admins, but for the life of me I can't get into my g-mail acct. I could before, I can't now. I did have a Google Group acct or whatever it was called , and this seemed to be the issue. I would try to change a password and it would change both. couldnt log in, hope you get me here.
So this morning I decided, I would erase the "groups" but deleted both. Now I went through the process of setting it all up, but it says I need an invite. Well I had 10 invites before, but that was a year ago, and now I have a new PC, and honestly I just dont know where those invites are, or I would invite myself out of this pain in the but with open arms and settle me gently into the cradle of my old acct I so dumbly deleted!
I want to try this google mail, my old pc(as some of you know) couldnt run it....
please help me before I invite myself to your Christmas Party

thax augiedoggie, but when I go to open a new acct it says names taken. well I took it a year ago, what am I doing wrong to access my gmail acct?
Outlook is easier than this...with dial up and soda POP stuff set up!!

 

OK, now I understand completely.Maybe an e-mail to them can get it back for you, though I wouldn't hold my breath. Otherwise you'll have to change name and start over.
