Ok so here goes. I got a call to set up a new computer on a server for a comic shop today so I mapped all the network drives they need and they wanted their subscriber program that is stored on the "server" computer in the back to work on the front register computer. It seems like a very simple program that updates the database file which is in the same folder as the .exe file.

So when I tried to run it I got this error:
    "Class not registered
Looking for object with CLSID: {00000010-0000-0010-8000-00AA006D2EA4}"

After doing some research I found this page:
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/288706

and downloaded and ran regsvr32 on the dao350.dll file, but the front register computer didn't have that file so I copied it from the back "server" computer and ran it. I also ran it on the doa360.dll that the front register did have. And now I get the error:
    "a data access error occurred"
There's no error code or anything.

I also read that the problem could be the fm20.dll file and to run regsvr32 on it so I copied that as well from the back computer and still nothing.

I know the program folder is shared but I forgot to check the file permissions on the database file itself. I asked if they had access to the code and they said no. On last thing, the program sill works on the back "server" computer. Any and all help is appreciated.
