Data Access Page question

I've got some data access pages set up and everything works fine except for this one little problem. At the bottom of the page Access has these Navigation buttons and when I try and use the "Filter by Selection" button it gives an error message of, "Arguments are of wrong type or out of range." Does anybody have any insight on this?

 

filters can only be applied when the cursor location is set to use the client. I would check that.
Aside from that, DAP is awful, just awful, bad, bad stuff. I would recommend using ASP.NET to interface with the data.

 

what do you mean by set to use the client.

 

You need to understand recordsets before you can do anything about this. Look up adUseClient in access.
