Data Execution Prevenntion - explorer.exe

    I have reinstalled XP pro a dozen time and keep getting this error:

    Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2900.5512, faulting module rtl70.bpl, version 7.0.4.453, fault address 0x000bd0a8.

    Its very random, mostly when copying or moving files and network file sharing. But as far as I can tell its random, I have tried to scan for system protected filesusing sfc /scannow but that doesnt seem to fix the problem.
