    Morning,
My pc date format is set at dd/mm/yyyy

In various worksheets i have codes relating to date.
    Examples
1,Double click on cell in column A i then see 04/02/2019 as opposed to 02/04/2019

2,On a userform a text box is shown as 05/04/2019 i then transfer data from userform to worksheet.
The userform is still open so i can enter another set of data BUT i now notice that the text box date is now showing as 04/05/2019
The date has now changed from dd/mm/yyyy to mm/dd/yyyy,the date now stays as mm/dd/yyyy but if you close the form then open it again then it is shown as dd/mm/yyyy but as soon as you make a transfer it reverts back to mm/dd/yyyy

    Any advise please

    Hi

Likely need to set the format for the cell row, column to what you need as in dd/mm/yyyy etc to do this click the A, B, C column or 1, 2 ,3 Row, as in the number letter not the cells, then right click and choose Format Cells > click date and choose your option and it will/should stick once you save the Excel spreadsheet.

The date in an Excel worksheet is not dependent on your computer's date.
    Right-click a cell > Format Cells... >Date.
    Select one and click OK.

You must select the whole worksheet before doing the above.

    Hi,
    That made no difference.

I also see the issue on other worksheets.
I have now decided not to apply date etc as 3 days trying to solve this didnt make any changes at all.

    Thanks

I have had numerous problems with the formats of cells in Excel.
After right-clicking a cell > Format Cells... try Text. The number is displayed exactly as entered.
If that doesn't work, try Custom and select one of the options.

Thanks but I e tried all that and issue still there.
    Example.
Textbox in userform perfect with say 10/04/2019
I submit the data in the userform to my worksheet.
Userform textboxes are now all empty and ready for another set of input valves BUT WAIT the day now shows 04/10/2019 ???

Close form them open it again and I see 10/04/2019 ??

Submit again and date now 10/04/2019

I’ve spent some time on this and can’t see it being fixed.
Even a new blank sheet shows issues.
