Dazed and Confused... Help Please

Hello-

I hope I am posting this in the correct spot. I definately have something on my computer and have been working on my own to try and remove it for the last month without success.
Then I found your site I have done the steps provided in the Before you Post section.

Whatever I have however, will not allow me to run hijackthis. I do have the other 2 logs asked for and will attach as files.

Where do I go from here?
