   Hi, I'm new to the Major Geeks forum, but have downloaded from the site for years.
   
   When accessing Windows 98 DCOMCNFG, the Security tab has the Default Access Permissions section grayed out. How do I get access to change permissions in Windows 98? Any help appreciated.
