Ddhelp error message

    I am getting an error message "Ddhelp is causing an unknown error in <unknown>". I usually can work through my computer problems, however I dont know where to look for this error. How do i find out what the unknown is? I usually only get this error when I am online playing games and the games freeze and I close my browser. I am so :confused: and could use some pointers. Thanks...

    ddhelp.exe is a direct x file.

    Yes. I knew that and I deleted my direct x and downloaded newest version of it. That did not correct my problem. Any other suggestions how to fix this error? Thanks
