Debugging

Can some one tell me why I get this error message now and then. it reads as follows: ERROR: A Runtime Error Has Occurred. Do you wish to Debug?
Line 1 ERROR: SYNTAX ERROR then it asks YES OR NO.
How would i go about getting rid of this nuicence.

When do you see this error? After closing an application perhaps? Immediately at startup?

 

this error message will pop up if i am going to a web page that has a lot written information on it. I was signed on and I clicked to read the news from CNN, and as it goes to that page, the error message came up. I click the "NO" response, and it goes away. But it doesn't happen a lot. Just now and then.

roc45...sure, when i get an answer, i have never waited this long, no telling why i haven't gotten an answer. they are usually very quick, and always reliable...... maybe i said the wrong thing or something who knows!
