Defender in WIN 7 Home Prem.?

Trying to help a Friend with her WIN 7 Home Premium laptop ... can someone please tell me how to find/open Defender here so I can control ALL of these start-up programs (attached) she has starting, please?

Remember to enable all in CC before using defender.
Seems like the trial version of McAfee is also running along with Avast!

Uninstall Mcafee from ADD/REMOVE
Run the removal tool.

Plus they have MyWebSearch!! This is Adware.. Could have tagged along with the popular screen saver app in start ups.
Run MBAM to remove.
