I did a defrag. Below is the final report. Was wondering if it was successful because of all the 0's and 0%'s?

    Volume (C:)
    Volume size = 144 GB
    Cluster size = 4 KB
    Used space = 122 GB
    Free space = 22.17 GB
    Percent free space = 15 %

    Volume fragmentation
    Total fragmentation = 0 %
    File fragmentation = 0 %
    Free space fragmentation = 0 %

    File fragmentation
    Total files = 127,382
Average file size = 1 MB
    Total fragmented files = 0
    Total excess fragments = 0
Average fragments per file = 1.00

    Pagefile fragmentation
    Pagefile size = 1.50 GB
    Total fragments = 1

    Folder fragmentation
    Total folders = 14,312
    Fragmented folders = 1
    Excess folder fragments = 0

    Master File Table (MFT) fragmentation
Total MFT size = 148 MB
    MFT record count = 142,955
    Percent MFT in use = 94 %
    Total MFT fragments = 5

Yes its fine, plus dont take much notice of any left over fragmented space % as NTFS doesnt need to be fully defragmented to work fine, it allocates space on your HD to files in a way that those files will run best, so if you see in a graphic readout of your fragmentation status big gaps between blocks dont worry as that is normal.

Also normal is the odd file still fragmented as those will be system locked files, again normal and nothing to worry about.

I'd be more thinking about adding a new HD to your PC as your free space is getting close to low! in 15%, defrag will not work as effectively when your free space heads towards <5%

PageDefrag is ok but it won't do anything if you only have one fragment, it also will not defrag your MFT.
