defragging-O&O defrag

question about defragging...using o&O defrag...
after defragging and i click the X in the top right do i click yes/no when it prompts me about "saving console settings".
also, after defragging my c: drive, i still have 2 fragmented files...any way to fix it or is it permanent?

 

Either do another defrag, or have you done an offline defrag? What OS is this? Saving the console settings is bascially any changes you did to the console it self. Nothing really to do with your system.

 

What files are they? The page file doesn't get defragged.

 

Offline defrag will attempt to defrag the pagefile. Unless I'm thinking of another program.

 

Guess we will have to see if it was offline or not.

 

hi guys, well this was all offline, didnt know there was an online option for defragging...
O&O Defrag 2000 you guys familiar with it?

 

Sorry, not version 2000. I'm familiar with V8 pro though!

Along with Perfect disk 7 and diskeeper 9.

That's probably you pagefile that you are seeing as fragmented, Try this program if you want to defrag your Pagefile.

hmmm ill give this one a shot...i saw the screenshot, looks similar to what's on O&O...easy to use i assume?
