i have a dell, with windows xp, it a new pc, no new software added, but sometimes i get a box that pops up when i am online and asks if i want to debug? i got idea what this is, or what to do with it. i did go into tools and
checked both boxes to disable it, but it still keeps popping up. i believe it has something to do with MS Office. if someone can throw me some info this way, it would be appreciated
    thanks

This means either the website author has made an error in scripts on his page, or there is a conflict between the page and your browser. No fault of your own. You won't be able to debug without access to the source files.
