delay in connecting to internet

    I have trouble connecting to the internet without it taking a long time. Once I'm connected everything seems to work fine but everytime I disconnect I can't reconnect for a while. Previously combofix told me I had rootkit zeroaccess but that seems to have been successfully removed and my pc seems to be malware free.

    Ive brought up the potential of malware with the malware section of the forum and it has been confirmed that the pc is malware free. Ive tried uninstalling the adapter and I still have the same problem of it taking a very long time to connect. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
