This shows up when I do Disk Cleanup for Windows - Cleanup Files. When I go to delete it, it says it "can help identify and troubleshoot problems that occur during Windows installation, upgrade or servicing. Deleting these files can make it difficult to troubleshoot installation issues." I think it's from when I changed from XP to Windows 10. Is it OK to delete it?

    Yes it is.
    To put it another way...
It will cost you as much as a new PC to pay someone to go through 300 MB of log files.

Thank you for your quick answer! OK, so I'm going to delete it now. Maybe it'll speed up my computer.

I have Malwarebytes - is that as good?
    Thanks again!

CCleaner cleans junk (unneeded) files like temp files, browser cache files, etc.
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware cleans (quarantines) malicious software.
