Deleted Environmental Variables

    Ive accidently deleted my envornmental varibles which are basically paths on windows vista on a tobisha laptop, because of that ive had alot of problems with my computer e.g Windows update doesnt work, cant install/uninstall problems, someones the keypad stops working.Any idea on how to get them back i was thinking of buying windows vista upgrade/repair dvd would that fix the problem?
