Deleted Files

Anyone know of anything program to help recover possible files from being deleted?

 

hmm i know they ar eout there i used one myself awhile back google might help search something like undelete

 

As long as you simply deleted them to the recycle bin and then emptied the bin you `should` be able to get them back.
I think i`m right in saying that when you delete like this the data simply gets moved to a section on the HD and gets written over when you install new programs etc.
