deleted passwords

hi there,, i recently bought a norton security programme and ran all the options ie cookies cleaner and so on but after i had done this it has removed/deleted all my passwords, i am using firefox as my browser and was always able to retrieve them through tools-options-saved passwords, but this has now been deleted, i have tried a few password recovery programmes but nothing. i contacted norton customer care and they were not very helpfull, this has left me and my family frustrated,, i friend says they will be stored on the hard drive??? not very sure about that,, can anyone please help me,, thanks Craig

 

hi there,, its passwords for some random websites ie kids fighting games websites and so on, passwoeds we dont remember are all for websites :confused

 

hi, they do but we now have a different bb acount so it means we will have to contact them all with new updated info,, this will be so time consuming but hey i suppose i will need to,, many thanks for having a look at this post,, great site btw
