deleting audio track from a video

    I downloaded a video which has 2 audios (2 languages), and i wish to delete one of the 2 audios so that it would only have 1 audio/language when i burn it on a vcd. Do you guys know any software which might help in deleting the other audio in my video? thanks

    I have only downloaded an avi file. when i play it on VLC or Divx player, I hear only the english audio, but if i play it with windows media player, i hear 2 audios
