Deleting Cookies/cache in Firefox

Family likes Pub Clearing House games. That site has a history here of hanging up and not accepting sign on.
PCH suggested clearing Cookies/Cache through IEx.
Suggestion worked for a while, then inability to sign on returned.
Firefox (used here) has own method of clearing cookies/cache.
Successfully used it, and then last week, could not sign on.
Ran delete, same results..can sign on, then cannot sign on
When using Firefox tools now to clear, page resets to Firefox home. But, cannot sign on PCH site. Firefox still shows history
Still cannot sign onto PCH game site w/wither browser.
I did run a security scan w/neg results.

I am not sure if this is your problem but game sites can use what are called flash cookies and these are not normally deleted. I believe you should download the latest flash player here. Lower in the page you will see a link for the Firefox version. You should download both. After the download, you should have a flash icon in Control Panel. You can Double Click this icon, click the advanced tab and then press the delete all button.

You can use this add-on to delete these LSO cookies on your computer.

Did as several suggested, and followed with a message to PCH.
Kids say they have been playing on and off all day, and no problems.
So, as they say, will have to wait and see.
