When I click on C:\Documents and Settings\Admin it says "Access Denied" so I can't go there or access any files on there, much less be able to delete them... however I can still browse the files on there with WinHex, but HOW do I delete them? I tried erasing its MFT records but it just keeps refreshing itself.

    Help me out.

In most cases you can log in as another user in the Administrators group and delete the Admin account (This is likely to only work in safe mode unless you are familiar with the net user commands). It will then ask you whether or not you want to delete the folder, but there is a chance the Windows will not allow you to delete the default Admin account.

If that doesn't work boot into safe mode (Tap F8 when the computer starts up and select 'Safe Mode') and log on as a Admin without a password. You then should be able to right-click on the folder and change the permissions to allow other users to read/write it, and then you can just reboot and delete the folder (Note: if you ever log on as Admin again it will recreate the folder).

    Hope that helps.
