   I have a movie in my shared folder I can't delete; it says this program is in use and.......can not be deleted.
   
   any ideas?
   
   I tried safe mode, restarting my computer, disabling my shared file program.

   Do you know how to use DOS? If so, try pressing F8 during boot. Instead of Safe mode, select Safe mode with command prompt. Then delete the file.
