    Hi

    Which OS version?

If the hardware in your PC is current then drivers overwrite the previous driver so no need to uninstall, best thing is to use CCleaner and delete all the old junk temp folders files and clean up the registry of unused keys.

Main times you may have a old non-needed driver is if you installed new hardware and forgot to uninstall the old one, but in Device manager you would likely have yellow ! or Red X marks because of missing hardware, so you could uninstall the rouge driver from there.
