deleting places visited

In windows xp how do you delete the places you've been from the address bar?for instance if Iwent to this site how would I delete it from the address bar so no one else can see where I've been? thank you!

 

Tools->internet options ->General Tab -> clear history (on bottom)

 

what about deleting the history you can look up on the tool bar?

 

That should be part of the same thing. If you delete history, you delete where you've been. So nothing should show up in the address bar either.
