Dell 2020 Recovery

    my dell 2020 has been having problems starting up, this time it won't start at all. I have tried all options (restore, start up repair, load windows keep files) but all have failed. I guess I will need to try a fresh install. It originally came with 7 and free upgraded to 10. So where do I start, do I need to try and find a copy of 10? Thanks for any advice. Michael

    If you need to do a clean install of Win 10, you can use the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool (go to "Download tool now") to create either an ISO to burn to DVD or a bootable USB Flash drive (8 GB).
