Dell 2320 Video driver

    I installed windows 7 on my 2320 and every time I go to install the intel hd video driver and restart I get this screen with no icons and can't do anything. I can start up in safe mode and it acts fine. Thanks Michael

    Can you boot into Safe Mode ok?

    I just wonder if your Dell (I take it that its a Dell Inspiron One 2320) can actually run Windows 7 ok

    You may need to check Dell Support for Windows 7 drivers HERE as they have some, 64bit Windows only from the text, so if you have 32bit Windows 7 it "may" be the problem you are having.


    But what I would do is via Dell is to install the Chipset driver and reboot (DO reboot as its crucial) then install the GFX driver and see how you go.
