    Hello,

I have a home built computer that has been working fine for over a year, and now I have started to get a recurring problem. The monitor will randomly say "Entering Power Save" and shut down. The green light is lit on the front of the monitor, and it appears the computer is still on, but the monitor is blank. I especially notice it when I am in the middle of a game, but that is not the only time it happens. I have a Dell 2407 WFP monitor connected through DVI, an EVGA 8800 GTS 512 video card, and an EVGA 780i SLI motherboard. I am running Vista 32 bit and I have turned off all the power save options in the control panel. I have a Tagan 1100W power supply that appears to be working fine. When the monitor enters power save I get no response from any keys or the mouse, and I have to reboot. It reboots fine and the computer will work fine for a while and then it may or may not do the same thing again. I can pretty much count on the same thing happening if I try to play a game for more than 10 minutes though. Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks!
