    Hello,

I just purchased a Dell A920 Printer. The seller did not have the original software or drivers, so I downloaded the driver from the Dell website. When I try to install the driver, I keep getting the error message "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate this application."

I can either choose "close" or "ignore," neither of which helps me any. I am stuck here; does anyone have any advice to get past this please?

    Hello,

It took me longer than it should have to find, but here is a good link to fix MS-DOS or 16-bit Windows-based program error messages. Please replace the "hXXp" with "http" in the link. I think it's against the rules to post live links.

    hXXp://support.microsoft.com/kb/324767

    Good luck problem solving!
