Dell A960 All In One Printer

I have a Dell A960 All In One Printer, I am using Windows Vista as my operating system.

The problem that i am having is i cannot scan any document.

These are the steps i am taking

1. I select the scan button
2. I select that i want the document in MS Word
3. It then tells me to press the select button to save the settings, (Which i do)
4. It then tells me to press the start button, (Which i do), nothing happens.

I can copy directly from the printer itself, and i can print from the computer to the printer.

Does anybody have any idea how to get this document to scan from this printer, ANY and ALL help will be greatly appreciated.

I need to get this document scanned as soon as i can .

Hello Everyone

I found the document that i scanned, i went to my control panel under scanner and found it this way.

Now, How can i attach this document to an email, i did not see any button that would let me do this. ANY HELP would be greatly appreciated.
