dell dj software

Does anyone know if I can make musicmatch jukebox recognize that the Dell DJ is connected to the computer without actually using the installation cd to install the software? I am not on my home pc, but I installed musicmatch jukebox on this pc in hopes that I could rip some of the cds from where I'm staying, but when I plugged in the Dell DJ, musicmatch jukebox did not recognize any portable devices. The computer realizes its there, but I have no software to install.

So is there any way around this, or no? Just curious.
