Dell DVD player won't work.

    Hello

    I have a new Dell inspiron 1720 computer, with a TSSTCorp TS-L632H DVD+RW drive. While everything on the computer is working, fine, the DVD player won't recognize or load up any discs. When I put in any disc and double click on the drive icon in My Computer, it opens the drive and tells me to insert a disc. It does not auto load anything.

    Any thoughts? I'm running Windows Vista Business Edition.
