DELL guide to...

Trying to fix this one, DELL Latitude C640, Model PP01L. Try to power it up to no avail, though was the HDD, take it out and plug it into my desktop and serviced; but still the same problem. press the power button and some times goes to the user password log in, sometimes freezes in the loading screen and most of the time tries to start up, but shuts down inmediately, If you can direct me to the point that I can try something else I will apreciate!!! Thanks in advance.

 

So your pc posts and it locks up at the xp booting screen?
