   So, I recently put Vista on my Laptop [Dell Inspiron B130], and I've just gone to record something, and I'm having major issues with it. My laptop won't detect a microphone in the Line-In/Mic jack (Apparently, they're the same jack on this laptop).
   
   On XP, whenever I plugged a mic in, it'd query me as to whether I wanted it to act as "Mic" or "Line-In".
   
   I'd greatly appreciate any help. Thanks.
