Dell Optiplex 170L

    I am having problems with a Dell optiplex 170L and the issue is that it was working fine friday when i left it after an hour i came bak and it was shut off i tried to power it back on and i got everything to run like the fans, hdd spinning, dvd drive running, ps working. but i get an AMBER LIGHT (solid light) where it is usually green for the power. and i cannot get any further i dont know what the issue is. it is completely stumping me. if anyone has any advice and can help it would be great
