Dell Truemobile 1400 Dual Band WLAN Mini-PCI card

My friend has an inspiron dell laptop and he had to recently reformat his harddrive. I've been helping him out but I can't figure out how to get the Truemobile wireless internet card to work. Windows XP sees the card but when looking at it in Device Manager it has an "!" on the icon and says that "The device cannot start (Code 10)" All the drivers have been installed from his Dell Cd's. Anyone have any clues or ideas that might help?

It took me 4 click, download the driver for the model wireless card he has and try it that way instead of the CD.
