demoting domain server

    I need to demote my windows 2000 server from domain status to stand alone. This is so it can attach to a SBS 2003 domain server. I jut want to make sure that when I do this and setup my users in the local group, they will be able to work as usual. All the accounting software is on this server. Is there anything I should be worried about?
