I just purchased Design Workshop Classic a CAD ware by Artifice. I have a couple of questions:
    1) Is it possible to put DW files in PDF form. The local printing co., Kinkos, can take these drawings and print them out to blue print size but only if there in PDF form.
    2) I am also purchasing a new Dell PC. And it is hopefully going to be geared solely for CAD. Any suggestions towards RAM, Processer, Video Card or any other aspects of customizing my PC to run CAD ware?

    Thanks, Mike.

In my honest opinion. any workstation meant solely for CAD design should be dual processor with no less that 1.5 gigs of RAM and a SCSI RAID 0 setup. Depending on how heavy you're into the CAD, I would go with a FireGL card or better..

For PDF creation software, there are lots out there. Most fuction as a printer driver which catches the print command output and creates the file.

This is one ePrint seems to have all you need, but it isn't free.

I've used pdfFactory and it works quite well.

There are a few free ones out there, but they don't have all the bells and whistles. Here's a Google Search that lists alot more.
