Desk Top Publisher

I have imported a serif photo plus 6.0 round photograph onto a desk top publisher document, and set a two toned coloured background to the document. The photo has a white square frame around it, and when printed it still has the white square frame. I moved the photograph and the background is in colour.

I've printed the photo from serif software and the photo is round without the frame.

How do I remove the square frame around the photograph on desk top publisher confused Please help.
