Desktop background.

    I am trying to make a desktop background out of a movie, by pressing the print screen button, but when i copy it to paint, it dissapears. Help pleaze

    Some media players have an image capture function, while some just display a black area where the video was. What program are you using to play the video?

    If I remember right:

    From DVD: You'll have to disable hardware acceleration.
    From movie file: Use VirtualDub or some other screen cap proggie.

    what program are you using to view the video? Are you pulling from a dvd?

    Check the settings in Cyberlink. I know it has screen capture capability. But there's a setting to where you can choose to have it copy the image to the clipboard, or save the image in the PowerDVD folder.

    according to their website, they have a screencapture, with a set to desktop option.
