Desktop Icon Text Adjustment Not Find

After recent update I cant make my Icon text bold.......where did the settings go?,,,,have looked everywhere.....

 

If you updated to version 1703 (the Creator's Edition), Advanced sizing of text has been removed from this build. To regain that function (for the time being) you'll have to restore to the previous version (1607).

 

Yeah.....just found that out........how stupid are they.....

That .reg file only applies to icon text. I, and others, are visually impaired and need to adjust the size and attributes for Title bars, Pallet titles, etc. So, until Advanced sizing of text is restored in version 1703, I'm running version 1607.
